Our Dayton Arcade Hilton Garden Inn was one of several key projects to receive a 2024 tax credit award from Ohio's Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) Program. This TMUD award is critical to completing our 94-room Hilton Garden Inn, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of the year.

The hotel is part of the Arcade District Development, which includes 10 historic buildings, 810,000 square feet, two city blocks and nearly $200M in investment.
