We received development plan approval for the conversion of the Red Lion Hotel Rosslyn property into a 400+ unit apartment redevelopment – a significant milestone and accomplishment by Orr Partners, the project’s co-developers.

The redeveloped property will feature an 8-story multi-family building with 3-levels of underground parking.
